Production Turnaround

We offer a 1–5 business day production turnaround guarantee on all custom proxy card orders.
Turnaround time begins once payment and all required artwork/files are received.

  • Most orders are completed within 1–3 business days.

  • Larger or highly detailed orders may require up to 5 business days.

If additional clarification or updated files are needed, turnaround time may be extended.


Shipping Methods

After production is completed, orders are shipped using the method selected at checkout. Delivery time depends on the carrier and shipping option chosen.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has been shipped. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Holidays or high-volume seasons

Once a package is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen after shipment, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.
We will assist where possible, but we cannot replace or refund orders affected by carrier issues.


International Shipping

International shipping times vary significantly by country and customs processes.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges.
