No-Return & No-Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Because each order is custom-made according to the client’s specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds under any circumstance.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  1. Custom Nature of Products
    All items are custom-printed proxy cards created specifically from the artwork and instructions provided by the client. Once production has begun, the order cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

  2. Client-Provided Artwork
    The client is fully responsible for ensuring they hold the rights or authorization to use any artwork submitted for printing. We operate under the assumption that all artwork provided is owned or licensed by the client.

  3. Quality Expectations
    We guarantee that cards will be printed based on the files provided. Colors, sizing, and layout may vary slightly due to print and material differences. These variations are normal and not grounds for a return or refund.

  4. Shipping Issues
    We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the postal carrier. Once the order is shipped, liability transfers to the carrier. Any claims must be filed directly with them.

  5. Incorrect Information Provided by Client
    We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect files, images, names, or other details submitted by the client. No refunds or reprints will be issued for customer mistakes.

  6. Store Credit or Discounts
    Although refunds are not provided, we may offer in-store credit or a store discount at our discretion. These decisions are handled case-by-case, depending on the situation.
